During my time at Philip Morris International, I ​launched multiple websites and eComm products for ​their ‘smoke free’ brand, IQOS. I managed the launch ​of UK IQOS Iluma, as well as the IQOS app in Japan.

Results: The app was a success in Japan. The Iluma ​IQOS product became the leading no-smoke ​preference in Japan. In the UK, Iluma also had a ​successful introduction to the market. Both ventures ​led to an increase in sign-ups for the IQOS Club by ​15% and 7% respectively.
