I initiated the launch of a new social app for Night Key. My ​responsibilities included user research and competitive ​analysis. I worked closely with our design, UX research and ​customer experience teams to build business ​requirements


Key Responsibilities:



  • Creating a vetting process which helped to promote ​the idea of exclusivity


  • Prioritisation of key features for initial launch and ​creating a product backlog for the next quarter post-​launch


  • Product road mapping


  • Collaborating with UX designer to build brand identity


  • User research via a survey for existing customers

Results: Branding and the trust built from the application ​process encouraged established private members clubs ​like Soho House, Home House and Gaucho to feel ​confident with collaborating with Nightkey. The business ​relationship between NightKey and top establishment ​drew in a new cohort of users. During my time working on ​this product downloads increased by 35%
